Transform your business with AI solutions
We help businesses leverage artificial intelligence to drive growth, efficiency and innovation — automating the mundane and illuminating the strategic.
Agents and automations, unattended
Most of what we have built runs inside revenue cycle, staffing and sales teams.
- Healthcare & revenue cyclePredicting which accounts will pay, reconciling the ones that did, and redacting PHI before anybody opens a report.Read the case study
- Staffing & recruitmentOnboarding that finishes itself, from offer letter through to IT access, and branch dashboards built on live numbers rather than a weekly export.Read the case study
- Sales & revenue teamsResearch, qualification and outreach as one pipeline, so a week of manual prospecting comes back as minutes.Read the case study
- Your operationDifferent industry, same shape: the work that only happens because somebody remembers to do it.Tell us what it costs you
Nobody sets out to run their business this way.
It accumulates. A workaround becomes a habit, a habit becomes the process, and eventually the process is several tools and one person holding them together.
The mundane eats the day
Your best people spend their best hours on work that is mechanical: re-keying, chasing, formatting, forwarding.
Every tool holds half the answer
The systems you run were never built to talk to each other, so somebody has to carry data across — and it drifts a little each time.
Insight arrives after the decision
By the time the figures are assembled, the decision they were meant to inform has already been made without them.
One system, assembled in the order that de-risks it.
Each stage is useful on its own. If you stop after the map, you still have something you did not have before.
Map
We write down how the work actually happens today, including the steps nobody ever documented.
Connect
The systems you already run start exchanging data instead of waiting on someone to carry it across.
Automate
The mechanical paths run themselves, with the manual fallback left in place rather than removed.
Measure
One view, built around the decisions it has to support rather than around the charts that were easy.
Smarter services, built with AI.
We do not just implement technology — we architect an advantage. Each service is useful on its own, and most engagements start with one and grow into two.
All servicesEffortless connections. We do not replace what works.
Seamlessly integrate with the tools your team already uses. Most of the value is in the wiring — none of them were built to talk to each other, and each holds part of the answer.
ELETECH sits between the tools a team already works in — Slack, Notion, Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets and WhatsApp — and the AI layer built on top of them: language and vision models, document AI, forecasting, chat assistants, and the dashboards and alerts its people actually read.
See how we've helped businesses transform.
A few of the systems we have delivered. Each had a constraint that ruled out the obvious architecture — that constraint is the interesting part.

The part most agencies leave until the invoice.
Anyone can demonstrate something working once. These are the four things that decide whether it is still working in a year, and they are settled before we start rather than after.
The handover is the deliverable
Source in a repository you control, documented so another developer can pick it up cold. We would rather you stay because the work is good than because leaving is expensive.
It tells you when it breaks
Every automation ships with its own alerting. Silence means it ran.
Offline is a design input
Where the link is unreliable, the local device stays authoritative and reconciles later.
Built onto what you already run
Nothing gets ripped out to make room for us. The tools your team knows keep working, and start exchanging data instead of waiting on a person to carry it across.
Four stages, priced in public.
You should be able to work out what the first month looks like without booking a call first.
The full process- 01
Discovery call
We map the process end to end — who touches it, how long it takes, and where it breaks.
- 02
Design & architecture
We define the system: data flows, model boundaries, integration points, failure handling.
- 03
Build & integrate
We engineer against your existing stack rather than around it, shipping in increments you can evaluate against real work rather than a demo dataset..
- 04
Run & optimise
Systems are monitored, tuned, and retrained as inputs shift.

Answered before you ask.
If yours is not here, the scope call is free and we will give you a straight answer on it — including when the answer is that you should not build this.
How can AI actually benefit my business?
Usually not in the way people expect. The highest-return work is rarely a headline AI product — it is the recurring process that quietly consumes days every cycle. In our portfolio that has meant invoice runs that took three staff five days now dispatching unattended, a week of prospect research compressed to five minutes, and account scoring that moved from 62% to 87% accuracy. We look for the process with the largest recurring cost and start there.Do we need technical knowledge on our side?
No. You need to know your process; we handle the engineering. Several of our systems exist specifically so non-technical staff stop depending on technical staff — one lets business users query production data in plain English or by voice, without writing SQL or waiting on a report request. We scope by walking through how the work is done today, not by asking for a technical specification. Will this work with the software we already run?
That is the normal case rather than the exception. Delivered work integrates with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Airtable, Gmail, and a range of vendor APIs. Where a client had manual file handoffs between vendors, we replaced them with documented APIs. We build against the stack you have — replacing it is a decision, not a prerequisite. What happens to our data?
It stays where your obligations require it to stay. For sensitive workloads we have deployed self-hosted LLMs on-premise so records never leave the client network, built portals on private networks with tenant-level isolation, role-based access control, and full audit logging, and automated scheduled PHI/PII redaction across 20+ database tables. The right architecture depends on your regulatory position, which is something we scope before design rather than after. How long does an engagement take?
It depends entirely on scope, and we would rather tell you after the discovery call than guess beforehand. A targeted workflow automation is a materially different undertaking from replacing an ERP that has run since 2013. What we commit to is sequencing: the first release targets the largest single source of manual effort, so value arrives before the full programme completes. How do we get started?
A discovery call. We map the process end to end — who touches it, how long it takes, where it breaks — and you leave with an honest view of what is automatable and what is not, including the parts we think should stay manual. There is no cost and no obligation to proceed.
Ready to transform your business?
Start by telling us what the process costs you today, in hours or in money. That number decides whether any of this is worth building, and half an hour is usually enough to get to a straight answer — including “don’t build this”.
