What we hold, and why.

If you email or call us, we hold what you send: your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your business. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email address and chosen time in order to arrange it.

This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and it does not set cookies of its own. The booking widget is only loaded if you choose to open it, and it is not present on the page until then.

To reply to you, to run a scope call, and to deliver work you have engaged us for. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to delivered projects are kept for as long as we have a contractual or legal reason to keep them, and deleted after that.

Where a project gives us access to your systems or data, that access is governed by the engagement agreement rather than this page. We take the minimum access needed, and hand it back at handover.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action it.
